Care:

It is good to wash your grounding sheets as it will not be harmed by washing. As a matter of fact, washing your sheets keeps it fresh and rids of all body sweats and nasties that may linger on your sheets from excessive usage!

Make sure to wash in a washing machine in warm water and in the case of using a tumble drier, to keep it on low gentle heat.

However, please keep in mind that bleaches or oils can damage the silver threads which assist in the grounding potential of your sheets, so we'd refrain from using those.

For four years or more I’ve struggled to stay awake during the day. I drive truck and cover a lot of kilometres daily and I had to resort to energy drinks. I think my husband and I are both sleeping better. My husband has chronic Osteo and Rheumatoid arthritis and is in pain 100% of the time. He does feel rested and a bit less affected by pain upon waking in the morning.

Cat, husband and I are happily grounding
I'm so happy that I decided to purchase these grounding sheets and pillow covers. After 4 days my very sore heel/ankle that was difficult to walk on for weeks has finally subsided. Better deeper sleep, waking up more refreshed as well increased energy! My grounding order came as predicted, very quick. Best decision I've made in a while

This grounding sheet has helped my pain reduce at least by half even though I used to jump out of airplanes with two slippers in my back, my left hip has been reconstructed twice And my right knee my ACL is torn halfway. Recently, I got hurt on the railroad, which has brought on bulging discs from C2 to C6 on my back of my neck. Yet all these injuries when I wake up in the morning, used to be excruciating and now they're tolerable with this grounding sheet, and I recommend it to anyone in Chronic pain

Better than regular sheets
It's easy to use - just plug it into the grounding wire on a standard electrical outlet. After using it, I slept much more soundly. However, I didn't notice any significant impact on pain levels.
